Barrie Livingstone, Inc. worked on the design concept and FF & E budget estimates for the complete renovation of this 285 unit condominium tower located in Key Biscayne, Miami. The complex is surrounded by Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, and has the feel of a tropical "village" with a resort feel.
